How BitsNotes Came to Be

One student’s struggle became a resource for many.

The Problem

I don’t enjoy reading long educational content, especially when studying. When I started my AI and ML course, I found it difficult to use multiple sources to understand a single topic, and each additional source added only marginal value.

A Personal Solution

So, I decided to create comprehensive notes for myself, using my lecture notes as a base and enriching them with what I learned from different reference materials and study guides. It worked pretty well for me.

Sharing the Discovery

But these notes stayed with me offline. As I discussed them with my teammates and fellow students, I found that they faced similar issues and were interested in the notes.

The Birth of BitsNotes

So, I started bitsnotes.com as a notes sharing platform with a simple notes parser. With feedback and support, I've improved on the website to create this platform that I am proud of.

The Vision Ahead

I wish to continue improving and add more subjects where possible to expand the selection of study resources available.
