BitsNotes offers anonymous commenting on lecture and subject pages. By posting a comment you grant BitsNotes a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to store, display, and moderate that comment. Comments are published at your discretion using only a display name; no account is required. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and agree that it will not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.

Comments may be rejected, held for review, hidden, or removed by automated filters or site administrators. BitsNotes reserves the right to remove any comment at any time. The Platform and all of its Content, including user-submitted comments, remain free to access; any voluntary support is entirely optional.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Content on BitsNotes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for educational and informational purposes only. BitsNotes makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Content for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BitsNotes's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid BitsNotes in the last six (6) months (which, as BitsNotes is a free service, shall be zero).
